Summary
Of the methods I have tried so far, spontaneous video is the best option for expressing and cataloguing emotions. The video is not posed, and even if you play a role in it, it is easier to read your emotions and behaviour from it.It seems to me to be the best way to gather valuable data base in order to recognize and categorize records.
